Michael has over twenty years of experience in general management at multinational medtech or lifescience corporations across major global markets such as US, Europe, Australia and China. From 1998 to 2007, Michael held several senior management positions at Johnson & Johnson Medical’s Cordis Corporation,andl earned numerous awards, including multiple regional awards for Outstanding Business Performance for three consecutive years in 2002, 2003 and 2004 of Johnson & Johnson Medical Asia Pacific. From 2010-2014, as Executive Director and CEO of Lifetech Scientific, Michael played a critical role in the IPO of Lifetech Scientific in Hong Kong in 2011 and the follow on 30-fold increase of market value. Michael also led Lifetech Scientific strategic collaboration with Medtronic.

Eric has nearly 20 years of R&D and operation experience in the implantable medical devices industry. He was the main designer of China's first-generation PTCA balloon, coronary stent, aortic aneurysm stent, and left atrial appendage occluder. He developed the first generation of congenital heart disease interventional occluder and inferior vena cava thrombus filter products in China, which were also successfully introduced to the international markets. Eric has more than 30 domestic and foreign patents, and has hosted and participated in 28 scientific research projects at the national and local levels. Prior to founding Dinova Medtech, Eric also founded Venus Medtech, which is dedicated to the development of interventional prosthetic heart valves. Its transcatheter aortic valve product was the first CFDA approved TAVR product to be launched in China. Venus it’s publicly listed at HK now.

Prof. Chaim Lotan was the Director of Interventional Cardiology at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem and later on was nominated as the Director of the Heart Institute at the Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical Center in 2000. Prof. Lotan is also the co-founder, and co-chair of the annual scientific meeting Innovation in Cardiovascular Intervention (ICI), and he served as the President of the Israel Heart Society between 2011 and 2013. Prof. Lotan was involved in many basic science and clinical research projects and has published over 200 scientific papers in leading journals.

Mr. Yaniv Kirma has over 20 years of experience in leading diversified cross-organizational teams in the medical and defense industry, including management of multidisciplinary research and development projects. Before DiNovA, Mr. Kirma was the COO and Site Manager of Digma Medical which develops treatment for diabetes. He was also previously VP of R&D and Site Manager of Endochoice (acquired by Boston Scientific) and before that, Product Manager at Stryker Endoscopy. Mr. Kirma began his career as a technical team leader at Elbit Systems. He holds a BSc in EE and Physics from the Technion, Haifa.
